W Hotel To Open in Reserva Conchal

W Hotel Reserva Conchal just announced it will be opening in November of 2018.

The hotel is part of the property owned by FIFCO ( Florida Ice and Farm ) and will offer 151 new hotel rooms on Playa Conchal. 

The hotel will have it's signature lifestyle lounge, various specialty restaurants, a destination bar and lounge, a large infinity pool with a beautiful Full Service Spa and meeting room facilities - all located on one of Costa Rica's most beautiful white sand beaches - Playa Conchal. 

This will be the brands first hotel in Costa Rica offering unique promotions, exclusive partnerships and their signature Whatever/Whenever service philosophy. 

The Hotel is part of the mixed use development of Reserva Conchal with amenities including the all inclusive Westin Resort and Spa, Robert Trent Jones ll golf course, mixed wildlife refuge, and a variety of of night life and outdoor sport options. 

FIFCO is known for its promoting and integrating sustainability in its growth strategy. They have certifications for Reserva Conchal in carbon neutrality, Ecologic Blue Flag, recycling center, environmental education programs, the installation of the biggest solar energy system in Guanacaste encompassing 1,382 solar panels, the first desalination plant online in the area and the recent donation of a 940 m2 new police station in Brasilito. 

The new W Hotel will generate 300 new jobs in this area.
